Design Questionnaire

E-design services is a very affordable and convenient way to render and deliver interior design services. While it may sound impossible to accomplish, it is actually quite an effective way to work with us. To get started, we ask that you provide us with the proper information about you and your home in order to develop a custom plan for your space. Once you’ve filled out this questionnaire and submitted your photographs and sketches, we’ll work on design boards and layouts that we’ll e-mail to you for review. We’ll also mail any samples needed to complete the picture.
